Before joining TechGROWTH Ohio, Phyllis Bohning served as Director of Real Estate Services for the Primose School Franchising Company, overseeing internal operations of contract administration, compliance, and risk mitigation. She also has significant experience as the primary point of contact for stakeholders invested in multi-million dollar development projects, oversight of relationships with Fortune 100 financial partners, and training for franchise small business development.  Ms. Bohning has over twenty-years of wide-ranging experience in the real estate industry, from sales to project management.  A graduate of James Madison University, Ms. Bohning also holds a Project Management Professional Certificate from the Project Management Institute.
